Samsung SDS said Thursday that it had invested in Jitterbit, a U.S. company offering solutions connecting diverse cloud services with existing systems.

Jitterbit’s solutions make it possible to cut development time and cost to connect different systems by optimizing functions related to SaaS (software as a service) systems corporate customers need and providing them. If customers connect Salesforce, a cloud-based customer management SaaS, with the existing ERP (enterprise resource planning), Samsung SDS says, it will be possible to finalize a development task that would be completed by an expert for one day or two within 30 minutes even in the absence of an expert.

Samsung SDS plans to beef up the authentication-related security function of Jitterbit’s solutions through this cooperation and expand the solutions for customers at home and abroad.
