The number of people using Bitberry, the cryptocurrency wallet of Dunamu’s subsidiary Rootone Soft, has exceeded 100,000.

Bitberry, released last September, has secured 100,000 users and 56 partners. Transactions numbered 2.5 million won. Bitberry is a convenient remittance service facilitating the transfer of cryptocurrencies only with a Kakao account login and a telephone number transfer function like “Toss.”

Bitberry plans to launch an enterprise wallet that can be used by companies and organizations in August. The service, tentatively named the “Bitberry Business Platform,” will be operated for existing partners. The platform will unveil a safe peer-to-peer transaction service through which individuals can trade various tokens.

Bitberry CEO Jang Sung-hoon said, “We will support Kakao’s Klay and Ripple (XRP) widely used for overseas transfer soon. We will make every effort to collaborate with mainnets to support diverse mainnet coins.” /cho@decenter.kr
